Hotel staff is soft in dealing. Hotel rooms are good but does not justify the cost of per day charged by hotel. Even basic amenities are missing like hot water cattle, soap dispenser were empty. They have a expensive menu in their restaurant but the food quality is very poor. I suggest not to eat meals in the restaurant.

Location is 1. 2 kms from the temple and there is amusement park nearby. If you are travel-ling with your own vehicle i would recommend this hotel. It is a quite place secluded from city crowd

we checked in late once we reached the room 309 at third floor 1)set of box was not working the technician tried but in vain missed the ipl match2) the mug in the bathroom had a broken handle the bucket too was dirty and the closet and the bathroom had stains3) the quilt and the linen of the bed was stinky.

Staffs were cooperative and professional. Room maintenance is needed. Door lock was not working. Ac remote was not working. The best part was drop and pick up facility from hotel to temple.
